In April 2017, IMPORTFOOD and Asia International Food & Restaurant Trade Show (HOFEX) formed the strategic partnership. Coinciding with HOFEX's 30th anniversary, the organizer chose IMPORTFOOD to invite professional buyers from various provinces of China. IMPORTFOOD extended invitation to buyers from important places such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, as well as from provinces including Fujian, Guangxi, Hebei, Zhejiang, Chongqing, Shandong, Heilongjiang, and Tianjin. Furthermore, on May 9th, IMPORTFOOD delegation of professional buyers (importers and distributors) from Guangdong was organized to participate in the HOFEX Business Meeting.
