Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/2292 lays down conditions for importing certain food from non-EU countries.

Several clarifications are needed to guarantee harmonised implementation. They cover among others:

• the sourcing of raw materials from the EU
• official certificates for certain filled gelatine capsules (exemption)
• Harmonised System subheadings for the certification of sprouts
• meat products used in composite products.
